Action for Community Care, Empowerment, Peace & Transformation (ACCEPT Kenya) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering community-led transformation and resilience in Kenya. We work to empower vulnerable populations, particularly women, youth, and children, by addressing the root causes of poverty, violence, and social exclusion.
Through our comprehensive approach, we implement evidence-based interventions that promote sustainable development, peacebuilding, and social justice. Our programs are designed to create lasting change by building local capacity, strengthening community systems, and advocating for policy reforms that support equitable development.
A just, inclusive, and resilient society where women, youth, and children thrive in safe environments, with equitable access to opportunities, dignity, and sustainable livelihoods.
To drive community-led transformation and resilience by empowering women and youth economically, strengthening child protection systems, improving water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and advancing peacebuilding initiatives that mitigate risks of gender-based violence, social exclusion, and vulnerability.
We work collaboratively with leading international and national organizations to achieve our mission
